1. Introduction

Welcome to NuclyAI ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at nuclyai.com and our learning management system (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

NuclyAI is operated from India and primarily serves learners in India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access course content, you must have an account created by NuclyAI upon successful enrollment and payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@nuclyai.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. Programs and Enrollment

NuclyAI offers structured online learning programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science. Each program includes video lessons, assignments, quizzes, mentorship, community access, and a completion certificate.

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Program details including duration, curriculum, pricing, and inclusions are as described on the respective course pages at the time of enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedule, and structure to improve learning outcomes. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners via email.

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through Razorpay, a RBI-licensed payment aggregator. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and EMI options.

NuclyAI does not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Prices are subject to change. However, any price change will not affect enrollments already confirmed at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course videos, text, graphics, code examples, assignments, quizzes, and materials — is the intellectual property of NuclyAI and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Specifically, you may not: (a) screen-record or download course videos; (b) share course materials on any public or private platform; (c) use course content for commercial training or teaching purposes; (d) reverse-engineer any software or technology used on the Platform.

7. Code of Conduct

As a learner on our Platform, you agree to:

  • Treat fellow learners, mentors, and staff with respect
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in community channels
  • Submit only your own work for assignments and projects
  • Not use AI tools to generate assignment submissions unless explicitly permitted
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems

Violation of the code of conduct may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our sole discretion.

8. Community Access

Enrollment includes lifetime access to the NuclyAI community (WhatsApp groups, meetups, networking events). Community access is a privilege and may be revoked if you violate the code of conduct. "Lifetime" means for as long as NuclyAI operates the community platform.

9. Career Services

Certain programs include career support services such as resume reviews, mock interviews, and job referral assistance. These services are best-effort and do not constitute a guarantee of employment. NuclyAI is an education provider, not a recruitment or placement agency.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, NuclyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to NuclyAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Salary figures, career outcomes, and testimonials mentioned on the Platform are illustrative and not guaranteed.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
